Existing home sales jumped 9.4 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.57 million last month, from a downwardly revised pace of 5.1 million in August, the National Association of Realtors said today. I think the housing market has touched bottom in June and it is now only a matter of time until home prices stabilize. For the midwest that number was 9.6 %.
